Action Concierge Working Terms and Conditions

  • Do not feel limited by our services listing. We offer a full concierge service and will take on any assistance request that is ethical, legal and within our staff capabilities.
  • Submit your Action Requests in whichever way suits you best. Phone, e-mail or in person.
  • You can count on our respect for your confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  • Every Action Request will be responded to verbally or in writing to acknowledge receipt, so you can rest assured that the work is underway. You can expect timely communication from us on an on-going basis.
  • Our core contract hours are from 9:00am to 3:00pm on week-days. During this time you can expect to reach us or get calls and e-mails returned. Outside of these hours, we may be working, but not available for direct communication.
  • Some Action Requests may necessitate our diligent and well-researched recommendation of third party service providers. Although we may confidently provide you with these referrals, the choice to hire remains yours and we are not responsible for any unfortunate dissatisfaction you may have with their work.
  • Our rates are based on time utilized to carry out your Action Requests. We charge a minimum ½ hour charge for your Action Requests, then track our time in 15 minute increments thereafter. Any costs associated with purchases on your behalf, or miscellaneous service or product charges incurred, will also be invoiced to you.
  • Timing of our invoicing is dependent upon the nature of your assistance needs. Payment is due upon receipt of our invoice. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express as well as personal cheques. Pre-approval of credit may be required in advance of us fulfilling some Action Requests.
  • Our goal is to make life easier for you and to provide you with a professional approach to your personal lifestyle. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with our service, we appreciate hearing from you and welcome your on-going feedback.
