Monthly Planners

Sign up as a “Monthly Planner” and you will be assigned a dedicated personal assistant to work with you and your busy schedule, giving you back some of your valuable time.

Package Includes:

  • Monthly meetings to determine the month’s plans.
  • Planning and Organizing according to the month’s plan.
    • Ideas
    • Research
    • Scheduling and booking
    • Communication and follow-up
  • Schedule and book required appointments.
  • “Memory Minder” Service providing timely reminders.
  • On-going development of an annual plan for future use.

Cost: A monthly concierge fee includes the above service package to a maximum monthly time allotment. In addition, our monthly planners have complete access to all personal concierge services at a discounted rate.

Action It As You Go

Spontaneously request any concierge service as needed, and be billed by the hour. Enjoy the freedom to use as much or as little time as you need.

When you accumulate 10 hours of services, enjoy a complimentary 11th hour on us!

Loyalty and Rewards Concierge

Action Concierge can work with you to determine service packages that will enhance your offerings to your clients, customers, members and tenants. You may want to provide them direct access to our concierge services on an on-going basis, or you may want us to set-up and administer a program based on milestones related to your business.

On-Site Concierge Desk

An Action Concierge Desk located at your conference or special event can provide a memorable and value-added benefit to your attendees. An on-site concierge desk provided for your club members or condo tenants would put you a step above the rest.
